Since 1987 our cuisine is the expression of a territory which is unique in the world: the Venetian lagoon, her islands and her surrounding mainland. The dishes created by Chef and owner Cesare Benelli together with Paolo Semeraro come from our mission to research, appreciate, defend and propose the local products and varietals.
Semi-formal: there is no dress code at lunch, but for dinner sleeveless t-shirts and short pants might make you feel uncomfortable.
In choosing our produce, we favor small-scale producers preferably from the islands of the lagoon, Venetian hinterland and the slow-food presidium. For our homemade pasta, for our desserts and for deep-frying we use urefined, stone-ground flour
