The restaurant is located few steps away from Ponte Vecchio, in a "vicoletto" between Por Santa Maria and Via dei Georgofili. It is placed in the Palace of the Goldsmiths: an ancient Florentine residence in the heart of the city.

From 1945 the restaurant offers, to Florentines and tourists, traditional Tuscany plates in an atmosphere that reproduces the ancient Florence
